This panel discussion will look at some of the essential skills for future-proofing organisations, and innovations in training methods and technologies.

We will also have our Head of Crew Linda Frederich attending yet another Panel Discussion – Attraction & Retention that will discuss employee expectations and how we stand out as employers, managing change and keeping cultures alive in the context of recruiting talent to our businesses and retaining our people.
