Tsakos Transitions Whole Fleet to the Ocean Learning Platform to Enable Lifelong E-Learning

June 6th, 2024

During Posidonia 2024, Tsakos Shipping and Trading S.A. signed a deal with Ocean Technologies Group (OTG) which will see its whole fleet transition to the Ocean Learning Platform (OLP).

This strategic move aligns with the lifelong learning philosophy championed by Capt. Panagiotis Tsakos, Founder and CEO of the Tsakos Group, ensuring that seafarers have 24/7 access to the latest e-learning titles to further their careers.

The agreement extends to all the Tsakos Group’s global manning offices, enabling crew members to access certified courses in OLP from any location. This empowers crew members by giving them total control over their career development, allowing them to chart their progress and career paths.
