Participation in any Event hosted by Ocean Technologies Group (“Host”) , involves certain inherent risks and uncertainties. By attending this event, all participants acknowledge and accept that they voluntarily assume these potential risks.

While Ocean Technologies Group takes diligent measures to ensure the safety and security of all attendees, it’s important to note that unforeseen circumstances can arise. These may include, but are not limited to, inclement weather conditions, unexpected changes in event schedule or location, medical emergencies, and potential health risks.

By attending any Event organized by Host participants agree to:

1. Follow event rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by event organisers.
2. Take personal responsibility for their belongings, health, and well-being during the event.
3. Be aware of their surroundings and the conditions of the event environment.
4. Exercise caution and adhere to any safety precautions recommended by event staff.

Participants acknowledge that Ocean Technologies Group, event venue hosts, other organizers, and associated personnel shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or other losses sustained during Event organized by the Host. This includes injuries or losses resulting from participation in event activities, interactions with other attendees, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of event organizers.

By attending participants release Ocean Technologies Group, its affiliates, and other event organisers from any and all claims, liabilities, and demands arising out of or in connection with their participation in the event.

It is recommended that participants secure their personal belongings, dress appropriately for the event, and take necessary precautions to ensure their own safety and well-being.
